From the first call to the first working day. After that, your developer works as part of your team.
We recruit and screen developers in Serbia. You interview the candidates and decide who you continue with. We then take care of the workstation, security and admin, and your developer works in your own sprints.

From vacancy to colleague.

- Step 4
Start
UsOnboarding starts within 3 weeks. On day one the workstation, the laptop and the accounts are set up. From then on your developer takes part in your sprints and stand-ups, and you get a weekly update.
How the collaboration runs.
Your developers work in your repository and tools, and follow your review process.
Contact with the team
A dedicated space for your team
Your team has a fixed space in our office in Belgrade, Novi Sad or Niš, set up in your company's branding. Your developers work there side by side every day.
Direct contact
You talk to your developers directly, with no one in between.
Visits both ways
We organise visits both ways: you come to Serbia to meet the team, and your developers come to the Netherlands.
Delivery and quality
Sprint rhythm
Fixed sprints for ongoing work, or sprints per milestone when the project calls for it.
Weekly update
You hear what is done, what is blocked and what is planned for next week.
Manual and automated testing
Manual QA plus automated unit, end-to-end and regression tests. A change goes live only after that.
Recruitment and screening
Background check
We check the background of every developer before they start.
Several interview rounds
We assess technical skill and how someone will fit into your team.
Practical test
Candidates take a practical technical test, with tasks that match the role.
Security and GDPR
Managed laptops
We manage every laptop centrally with Microsoft Intune: full-disk encryption, screen lock and remote wipe.
Access and permissions
Sign-in runs through single sign-on with mandatory two-factor authentication. Everyone gets only the access their role needs, and we revoke credentials as soon as someone leaves.
GDPR and encryption
Our way of working is aligned with the GDPR and NIS2. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

The developers work in our own offices, not from home.
A two-week trial, then month to month.
Start
Day one
Desk and accounts are ready
You choose from the candidates we recruit and screen. We then arrange the desk, the laptop and the accounts, so your developer can start on day one.
Trial
Two weeks
You only pay if you continue
Every new developer starts with a two-week trial. If you continue, you pay for those two weeks and the contract carries on. If you do not, you pay nothing.
Contract
Monthly
Adjust or cancel each month
Contracts run month to month. Each month you can scale up or down, switch profiles or stop. You are not tied to a multi-year contract.
Having a complete product built.
ESBL, the other half of the group, designs and builds complete products in-house.
- 01
Discovery
Together we pin down the goals, the scope and the architecture. After that you know what we will build and why.
- 02
Design and prototype
We create the UX/UI design and a clickable prototype, so you see the product before we build it.
- 03
Build and test
We build in sprints, using AI tools such as Claude Code, with manual and automated testing. Every week you see what is done.
- 04
Launch and further development
The product goes live on scalable infrastructure. After that we keep developing it, at the pace you choose.
