The challenge

Two ageing systems, a PHP backend and a .NET Forms frontend, were hitting their limits and were hard to develop further safely and reliably.

Our approach

  1. 01Migrated step by step to .NET Core services and a React/Next.js frontend while the business kept running.
  2. 02Introduced RabbitMQ for reliable, asynchronous communication between services.
  3. 03Set up CI/CD with separate release and beta channels for safe rollouts.

Outcome

A maintainable, modern codebase on Azure, where new features go live safely and predictably.
