We rebuilt ViaLuxury's ageing platform from the ground up, with a payment platform, escrow, an availability database and hotel onboarding.

The challenge

ViaLuxury ran on an ageing platform that was unstable and held back growth. Payments, availability and onboarding were tangled together and no longer maintainable.

Our approach

  1. 01Redesigned the platform as decoupled .NET microservices instead of one monolith.
  2. 02Built an online payment platform with Stripe, virtual credit cards and escrow for secure settlement.
  3. 03Set up an availability database on Elasticsearch and an onboarding flow for new hotels.

Outcome

A stable, scalable platform with a modern payment infrastructure, on which ViaLuxury can keep growing internationally.
