The challenge
CBRE had to sell a large, confidential property portfolio for PostNL. That had to happen in a structured and secure way, and off-the-shelf property platforms did not exist yet.

- 03One system for communication with agents and interested parties, from first interest to negotiation.
- 04Secure document exchange, where parties only have access to their own documents. Responsive and custom-built with Symfony (PHP), HTML5 and Bootstrap.
Outcome
CBRE brought the portfolio to market efficiently through one dedicated sales channel, and each party saw only its own documents.
